SBE Chapter 16 October Luncheon will feature Mike Lee and a presentation of his equipment used to distribute and monitor EAS and CAP messages. Mike will talk about his ESM product that can monitor EnDecs at stations to provide logging and remote notification. Mike will also talk about his satellite distribution system for EAS messages. This satellite system has been deployed in New York State with satellite EAS receivers at each radio station.
