The November 15 Chapter Luncheon will feature a presentation by Gary Adams of Blackmagic Designs on Video Serial Digital Interface (SDI) over IP. The luncheon will hosted by Blackmagic and will be held at noon at the Old Spaghetti Factory in South Center, Tukwila (Directions and Maps can be found under the “Meetings” tab above). Gary will also talk about the Blackmagic products that support up to 12G SDI rates for Ultra HD at 60 frames per second.
Gary is a recognized specialist in motion picture digital film restoration worldwide. With Blackmagic Design, Gary is a product specialist on digital film restoration and transfer as well as broadcast switching, distribution, and acquisition. Gary has been an SBE member since 1984, lifetime member of the SMPTE, and member of the AMIA, Association of Motion Imaging Archivists.
