After a three-year hiatus due to Covid restrictions, the Annual SBE Chapter 16 picnic returned to the historic KIRO-AM transmitter site on Vashon Island on Saturday, July 23rd.The festivities began at noon with food, comradery and fun for chapter members, family & friends.
The event began with a brief chapter meeting conducted by Chapter Chair Alex Brewster.
Cool beverages for the warm day were provided by Hatfield and Dawson Engineers.
More than 21 attended the event and some remained after the main festivities for the famous Vashon Island transmitter tour.
