Madison Batt, a long-time tower engineer and SBE supporter, passed away in Edmonds on May 8th.
From his wife Jan: “Sad News Today, Matt passed away peacefully at 12:57 pm, May 8th, at Rose Courte Memory Care with hospice. Our hearts are all broken, but we are glad he is not in pain or distress any longer. My kids were all here today, and we were spending time at his bedside for the last few days.
❤️❤️We all hope he is now sailing on a beautiful sailboat somewhere on the ocean and at peace. We will have a “Celebration of Life” event at the end of the summer.”
Madison was familiar to us in the broadcast business as a great tower engineer. He was president of his enterprise, Tower Engineering Company, and had previously worked with KPFF Consulting Engineers and Tower Engineering Consultants.
