Engineering Assistant – Eugene

Oregon’s Fox stations KLSR-TV and KEVU-TV have an opening for an Operations and Engineering Assistant. Duties include Master Control Operator training and scheduling and other duties related to master control operations.  Requirements include engineering experience and/or Engineering Technical degree. Broadcast Engineering Intern – Seattle

Sinclair Broadcast Group and Sinclair Digital Solutions are seeking a junior, senior, or recent graduate who is enrolled in an Engineering, Electronics or Communications program at an accredited school that includes a strong emphasis on technology. The position responsibilities include several on-going engineering projects and systems installations.  The intern will be working with KOMO-TV, KOMO AM and FM, KUNS, KVI, and Network Operation Center. KOMO is seeking a television broadcast engineer to provide technical support for their Seattle operations. Television Chief Engineer – Eugene

Oregon Fox KLSR-TV KEVU-TV has an opening for a Chief Engineer. Maintenance Engineer – Bend, OR

OPB is looking for an engineer to support OPB’s RF distribution technology at remote sites in the Central and Eastern parts of Oregon. Equipment and facilities include TV transmitters, radio transmitters, microwave systems, IP networks and equipment, emergency generators, remote control systems, fiber optic systems and travel to transmitter, microwave, and translator sites, using 4-wheel drive and tracked snow vehicles. May include hiking, snowshoeing and tower climbing.  Preferred qualifications include a degree in electronics, mechanical or electrical engineering, computer science, telecommunications or broadcast engineering; experience with Visio or CAD, tower climbing experience and certification and SBE Certification.
